How does your brain controls you ?

The human brain is one of the largest and complex organs in the human body. The human brain is responsible for all of the body's functions. And if we know how our brain works and how it's designed it will be easy to know how our thought processes working. And why sometimes even you cannot control yourself.

First, Let's see how our brain is designed.

Inside the skull, surrounded by spinal fluid that cushions it, is the brain. The brain is divided into the right side and left side and then into lobes. The lobes consist of the frontal lobe, which is more anterior, this area is important for what we call executive functions and memory, learning helps us plan helps us sequence, helps us think through our ideas.

*Most other living things don't have much frontal lobe as we have, so we're supposed to be the better thinkers.

So what next to come is the parietal lobe - involved in sensation and it helps us to integrate information.

Now the temporal lobe - an area underneath the frontal and parietal lobes which contains how we hear, contains the hippocampus for memory, controls our language function.

And then we have the occipital lobe in the back that takes information on from vision up here, sends it through the optic nerves, back to the brain which helps us to see.

Then under the brain what we see is the cerebellum, which helps us with our coordination and timing of things, and then it comes about the brain stem and spinal cord.

The brain stem is not only a conduit between the spinal cord and our muscles and sensation and the brain but it also contains our reasons for consciousness, for breathing, for hyper managing our blood pressure and so a small amount of damage in that brain stem would make us comatose, and the spinal cord that contains the nerves that eventually go out to the muscles to help us contract our muscles, as well as bring information about from our joints, muscles, skin about temperatures and pain, movement and helps the brain to integrate all that information.

This was the short look of how the human brain is designed. After all human brain is not as easy to understand as we think. So just let simplify it to understand.


So conclusively you can divide your mind into 2 types.

1. Conscious

2.Subconscious


Conscious mind - The conscious mind is the master because conscious orders and subconscious obey. The conscious mind includes such things as the sensations, perceptions, memories, feelings and fantasies of our current awareness. It is somewhat akin to short term memory and is limited in terms of capacity.

Conscious mind essentially grants you the freedom to consciously rather than subconscious or unconscious choose your outcomes.


Subconscious mind - this is the state where all your data are restored and retrieved when needed. Your subconscious mind records your habit and reminds you to do all those habits whether they are good or bad. Another name of subconscious is unconscious, that means the data stored in subconscious is not consciously aware. For example if someone asked you the phone number of anyone your subconscious will answer it randomly.


So here we come with today's question's answer :


Your brain controls you with what you feed inside.

If you feed positivity you'll get positive and if you feed negativity, you'll get negativity.

Your conscious mind knows about your capability to do anything. Either if it's out of your comfort zone. But when you come out of your comfort zone your subconscious reminds you that you're out of your comfort zone to go back to it. You're subconscious controls you but the fact is that you can still reprogram your subconscious.



So let's take an example when you're using your phone and chilling, it's your comfort zone and subconscious loves to relax. But when you instantly go through any motivational video you think that you're doing wrong because your consciousness get awake and you start to work hard that time because your preconscious saves you from subconsciously relaxness. But as soon as your preconscious collapse your subconscious starts working and you sit back and relax.

The cost of hard work is to reprogram your subconscious.


You're the reason who is letting the brain to control you. What you think of yourselves, what are your beliefs are reflected through your subconscious.

You can upgrade your brain and make it work for you!

Block your negative thoughts and start thinking positivity.

This is not a single day work, it takes a long process to reprogram yourself, your subconscious.

Just repeat, repeat, repeat and repeat what you're supposed to do in your life. Your subconscious will remind you that you're out of your comfort zone but you've to remember that at some point it will be your comfort zone too.

So now you can question my title that is it your brain controls you or you controls it?

After reading this I can conclude that whatever we feel it became our thinking and we gradually start getting into that thought ..few days after it deepens within us...so as u said we should reprogram ourselves regularly ....
