Challenges are the best way to make yourself active and more engaging. I always heard that it takes 21 days to build a habit. So here we come with the #21DaysChallenge.

I will mention some of the things you need to do in 21 Days. After achieving the targets, you and I will reward ourselves. Because chasing yourself makes your life prettier. So the first thing is :

1. Read positive thoughts and share with 5 people.

Positivity is the most important thing in life. Extract your 15 mins in reading positive thoughts. Start your day with 15 min reading and share them with your loved ones to make their morning/day positive. Eventually, your negativity will die. Please screenshot your sharing.:-)

2. Meditate for 5 minutes.

Meditation is one of the best ways to improve yourself. Just close your eyes for 5 minutes and concentrate only on one dot. And I am sure, your mind will be blank so then you can reprogram it for your whole day. Meditation will help you change your attitude toward slife, and provide peace of mind and happiness. It helps you achieve a better understanding of yourself as well as others.Since it helps you clear your head,meditation improves your concentration levels, memory, creativity and also makes you feel rejuvenated.

3. Make your to-do list.

Grab a paper 📝and make a to-do list for your whole day. Don't forget to mention the things included in the challenge. Your to-do list helps you to achieve your daily targets. And if you've targets in your life, your success will always be in your plate. It's my personal advice to make your not to do list too , so it can help you with your awareness of bad habits too.

4. Collect your 5 self-improvement ideas.

We can always lie to people around us but we can never lie to ourselves. You should be the mirror to yourself. Never underestimate and overestimate yourself. Write the 5 ideas to improve yourself in a better way and practice it for 21 days. And the best will be waiting for you. If you are not able to control your mind, to practice new things you can check my earlier post.

5. One hour reading habit

Reading is the favourite hobby one can have. Start reading for one hour. Reading always seems boring in starting so you can start with 20 mins. Pick any article in your list and start reading it. Reading includes analysing and summarization of topics too.Over the years, doctors, scientists, and researchers have confirmed that reading is a stress-reducing activity that can lower your heart rate and blood pressure. It's been proven to improve people's memories, increase brain power, and even enhance empathic skills Reading a book is best overall so you can share your favourite books with me or with your friends.

6.Fact-Checking challenge

We are in the two-minute viral era. So if you see any news any fact on any app or on another source. Always fact checks your news. Because fake news can create fake perceptions too which must not be the part of anyone's life. If you need to know how to fact check, you can dm me on Instagram.

7. Analyse yourself at the end of the day

At the end of the day, analysing yourself is mandatory to check your progress. Always point out your progress in two-parts the good one and the bad one. If you've done well at the end of the day, reward yourself with chocolate and if you're still confused about your deed then write it down and try to make it better.

This 21 days challenge can actually be a game changer...Thankyou so much for uploading such valuable content😍😍 ...we don't utilize our time properly ..We know time is very valuable, yet we do not value it..Everyone should adopt new habits in their life so that boredom is reduced and enthusiasm remains...I will definitely adopt a new habit and fulfill this 21 days challenge...✌️✌️
